I joined Saunders & Co in 2024, bringing over two decades’ experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
I have appeared in numerous tribunals, courts and quasi-judicial bodies, including appearances at District Court through to Supreme Court level. I have also drafted legislation and presented at Parliamentary Select Committees. I have the experience and ability to act for my clients, no matter the forum. I have a strong insolvency focus, and have acted for banks, financiers, liquidators and receivers on debt recovery and security issues. I advise on a range of debt recovery instructions, and I am known for achieving quick, cost-effective results, which is reflected in my client’s bottom line.
I am a member of RITANZ and have given CPD presentations on debt recovery, insolvency, leasing and trust related topics.
