Stop Fake Imports at the Border

Stop Fake Imports at the Border

New Zealand Customs is stopping more counterfeit goods at the border, according to recent media reports:  http://www.stuff.co.nz/dominion-post/88341081/Significant-increase-in-fake-goods-being-seized-at-New-Zealands-borders

Owners of Registered Trade Marks, or copyright, can register their rights by filing a Notice with Customs, to help them identify and stop knock-offs.

Our Intellectual Property specialist, Virginia Nichols, has experience in preparing and lodging Customs Notices, and enforcement of your rights against rip-offs and cheap imitations (as well as helping to arrange for prompt release of any goods stopped by accident).
