Lorraine joined Saunders & Co's Ferry Road branch in 2002 after three years at Te Ture Manaaki o Rehua - Maori Legal Services.
In 2001 Lorraine was appointed by the Minister of Social Development as a Community Representative to sit on Benefiit Review Committee hearings for Work and Income New Zealand. She is also on the Trust Boards of Tamariki Primary School and He Waka Tapu Trust.
